• Marc Semmelmann has been in the health care field since 1993, with specific experience in finance, operations, strategic development, service and sales.  Mr. Semmelmann currently serves as CEO of Black ROCC, LLC,  a cost management and supply chain solution organization whose specific purpose is to reduce practice overhead for physician practice groups. 
• Prior to joining Black ROCC, Mr. Semmelmann served as Vice President of Operations and Business Management for Stone River Pharmacy Solutions.
  

Michael Ryan

Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Services and General Counsel

• Michael Ryan has a BBA in Finace from Texas A&M University, as well as a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law School. Mr. Ryan personally has 20 years of experience in the financial industry (as a banker and financial advisor) and has been practicing law for over 15 years.  Mr. Ryan's legal experience is broad, however, his practice generally focuses on: contracts, real estate, and estate planning/asset protection, as well as litigation associated with these matters.  In addition to his title as General Counsel for Black ROCC, Mr. Ryan is the principal owner and founder of Global Financial, a full service asset protection firm whose services include estate, retirement, insurance and financial planning.
